Six services, each built for a specific way a property will be marketed. Choose the one that fits the listing, or talk it through with me — I'll tell you honestly what the property needs and what it doesn't.
Starting at $450
The foundation of every real estate marketing campaign.
A complete shoot of every space that matters to the listing — exterior, key interiors, transition spaces, and any architectural detail the property earns. Captured with a layered-exposure technique that handles the impossible range between dim interiors and bright windows, and edited to read as faithful rather than processed.
From $650 as add-on · $850 standalone
The premium hour that elevates a listing above its comparables.
Captured in the narrow blue-hour window roughly twenty minutes after sunset, when the sky still carries deep saturated color and the interior lamps glow warm against it. The most technically demanding shoot in the dpcLens catalog, and the one with the highest impact on listing engagement metrics.

The closer look that buyers remember after the open house.
For architect portfolios, designer features, magazine submissions, and the kind of listings where the property's design is the marketing. A slower, more deliberate shoot that prioritizes composition over coverage — fewer images, each one earning its place. Often shot in collaboration with the listing agent or the design team.
From $250 as add-on · $450 standalone
Context, scale, and the views that ground-level can't capture.
For properties where the lot, the rooflines, the neighborhood context, or the views from above are material to the marketing story. Flown by a licensed FAA Part 107 pilot with airspace verification on every shoot, and fully insured for commercial drone operations in Maryland.
Starting at $650
A 360° walkthrough buyers can navigate from anywhere.
For listings that benefit from being explored remotely — relocation buyers, out-of-state investors, and any property where high foot traffic at the open house isn't realistic. The dpcLens virtual tour uses precision-stitched 360 captures, smooth navigation between rooms, and the same color and exposure discipline as the still photography.
Complimentary for every agent we work with.
If we shoot a listing together, your headshot session is on me. A short, comfortable studio session at a Baltimore location of your choice or mine, delivered the same week as the listing photos. The kind of headshot that reads as you on a good day, in the natural light you'd want a buyer to see.
Every project is quoted specifically to its property and timeline. Starting prices reflect typical single-family and townhome shoots in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Three steps from inquiry to delivered gallery. No platforms to learn, no contracts to negotiate per shoot, no surprises.
Through the form, by email, or by text. Tell me about the property and your timeline. There is no wrong way to start the conversation.
Within four business hours, with a quote tailored to your property and a proposed shoot window. Same-day responses are common; weekend inquiries are answered by Monday morning at the latest.
Once you accept, the shoot is on the calendar. You receive a property prep guide three days out. After the shoot, your private gallery is ready the next business day.
Tell me about it. Even if you're not ready to schedule — even if you just want a sense of what something like this might cost — the conversation is welcome.
