The premium hour that elevates a listing above its comparables.

Captured in the narrow blue-hour window roughly twenty minutes after sunset, when the sky still carries deep saturated color and the interior lamps glow warm against it. The most technically demanding shoot in the dpcLens catalog, and the one with the highest impact on listing engagement metrics.

For architect portfolios, designer features, magazine submissions, and the kind of listings where the property's design is the marketing. A slower, more deliberate shoot that prioritizes composition over coverage — fewer images, each one earning its place. Often shot in collaboration with the listing agent or the design team.

If we shoot a listing together, your headshot session is on me. A short, comfortable studio session at a Baltimore location of your choice or mine, delivered the same week as the listing photos. The kind of headshot that reads as you on a good day, in the natural light you'd want a buyer to see.

Through the form, by email, or by text. Tell me about the property and your timeline. There is no wrong way to start the conversation.

I reply personally.

Within four business hours, with a quote tailored to your property and a proposed shoot window. Same-day responses are common; weekend inquiries are answered by Monday morning at the latest.

We schedule and shoot.

Once you accept, the shoot is on the calendar. You receive a property prep guide three days out. After the shoot, your private gallery is ready the next business day.
